The gloriousness of YOU

what is it about relationships that make people want to change the other person? Being 26 I have learned that it is never wise to want to change your boyfriend or friends. You must love the person as they are. Now i am not saying we shouldn't comprimise to get along and try new things.. But thinking you can change someones religious beliefs, spiritual habits or anything like that is not cool.
And why is it that you have the ONE person that will never like you no matter what you do or try to do to make them accept you for the greatness God made?
